Video: From the Ground Up

To mark the release of our 2024-25 SME State of Play report, we have released a video in partnership with the Home Builders Federation ("HBF") highlighting the positive contribution SME housebuilders make to their communities and the housing sector.

This video calls for continued momentum to address the current constraints to delivery, so that SME housebuilders can thrive.
