Enquire and meet
Get in touch with one of our lending managers to discuss the details of your project. Once our expert team has reviewed the fundamental information, we aim to provide indicative terms, or a quick "no" if we are unable to support your project, within 24 hours.

Credit approval and offer
Your dedicated lending manager will write your personalised finance proposal and submit it for review. Our in-house credit committee meets up to three times a week, which means we make swift decisions so we’re not holding up your project. Once a decision has been made, we’ll issue a formal offer letter immediately.

Due diligence
After you have accepted your offer letter and paid an initial commitment fee, we will instruct a valuer and solicitor (and often a project monitoring surveyor) to report on your project. We will also carry out our own due diligence and anti-money laundering checks.

Releasing funds and supporting your project
Once we’ve reviewed all reports and finalised our due diligence, we will register the security against the loan and release the funds. The loan is then available to be drawn according to the terms of your offer letter.

Repayment and sales
Once your project is completed, your loan will be repaid from the proceeds of your sales.
Our charge against the site will be released upon full repayment of your loan and we can move onto the next project together.
